In the end of 1998, we acquired a South Korean company
which was established in 1997
and we started steel sales operation as JFE Shoji Trade
Group North America in 1999.

With our plant located in Tijuana, Mexico on the border
of Mexico and the United States.
This location on the West Coast of Mexico is convenient
transportation for raw material from Asian countries,
and we are operating under the Mexico IMMEX Program
(former Maquiladora System).

At our facilities in Mexico, we process and manufacture cut
steel material (slitting and cut to length sheet), as well as
electrical steel in stamping and annealing process.
Mainly focused in Tijuana and the United States, we sell our
products widely into the rest of Mexico, and Latin America.

Also, we are working in other activities such as expanding
our processing facilities and improving customer satisfaction.
We have acquired the certification for ISO9001 in 2004, and
the certification for TS16949 and ISO14001 in 2012.
